- Must show evidence of determination and drive and how you have made a difference
- Must show how you contribute to improving the environment in Newcastle-upon-Tyne. This could be in terms of the physical, economic, social, cultural, or educational environment
ALL entries must display evidence of the above criteria and comply with individual award criteria where given.
Individual award criteria
Not yet trading or trading for a maximum of 2 years on 14th August 2010
Be under 19 years of age on 14th August 2010
Demonstrate talent and ambition
Evidence of good team working
